How many hosts can I have?

Host accounts are included with your Epic Trivia platform subscription — there are no host limits or per-host charges. Managers create and manage the hosts needed to operate their business from one dashboard.

Can my hosts have their own logins?

Yes. Each host has their own secure login so they can access the games assigned to them, confirm bookings, and see their schedule — while the company account and game purchasing stay under the Manager's control.

Can I run Epic Trivia at multiple venues?

Yes. Epic Trivia is designed for operators ranging from a single venue to multi-op companies managing many venues, supervisors and hosts. Your venues, hosts and game inventory are all managed from one company account.

Who owns my venue relationships?

You do. Epic Trivia provides the software and game content. You independently manage your venues, customers, employees, contractors, scheduling, equipment, pricing and business relationships — and you can cancel anytime from your dashboard.

Can my employees purchase games independently?

For hosts operating under a company-managed account, game purchasing is controlled by the Manager. Hosts receive access to the games assigned to them by their company, which protects the owner's relationship with their hosts and keeps company purchasing in one place.

What does an operator receive?

Newly produced trivia games five days a week, the themed game catalog, and the full Music Bingo library, plus the complete hosting platform — host dashboard, remote display, scoring, calendar, host management, and card generation. Operators also receive onboarding and business-hours and live game-night support.

How long is a trivia game?

Each game includes 4 rounds of 4 questions each, plus a Double Dare bonus question per round. A full trivia night typically runs 90–120 minutes including intermissions. Music bingo games run about 25 minutes per round (4 rounds total) with built-in auto-pacing.

Do I need internet to run trivia night?

No. Every game can be downloaded for fully offline play — perfect for bars and venues without reliable Wi-Fi. Download the game at home or anywhere with internet, then run the entire event offline at the venue with no connectivity needed.

What equipment do I need to host trivia?

You need a laptop or tablet, a TV or projector connected via HDMI, and (for music bingo) a speaker system. The system runs entirely in a web browser — no special software. For the best audio experience, we recommend a USB mixer, microphone, and powered speaker.
